Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Bizznote for Founders at academy.bizznote.com (the "Service"), operated by Jan Kejř, IČO 10676678, V Semaji 398, 417 61 Bystřany, Czech Republic ("Bizznote", "we", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

You upload a pitch deck and answer a few questions. We generate an AI investor readiness analysis of your deck and, only if you choose to, offer to share your pitch with an investor we work with (currently RainbowJet). The Service is free to use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for yourself or with authority to act for your startup.

3. Your content and the rights you grant

You keep all ownership of your pitch deck and the information you provide. You grant Bizznote a limited, non-exclusive license to process them in order to provide the Service, including AI analysis and emailing you the result, and, only with your explicit consent, to share them with an investor. You confirm that you have the right to share what you upload, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it contains nothing unlawful.

4. The analysis is informational, with no guarantee

The analysis is produced by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. It is provided for information only. It is not investment advice, a valuation, or a promise of any outcome, and you are solely responsible for reviewing it and for your own decisions.

5. Investor introductions

Any introduction to an investor is made at our discretion and the investor's discretion. We do not guarantee that an investor will review your deck, respond, meet you, or invest. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any dealings between you and an investor.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content you do not have the rights to, anyone else's confidential information without permission, malware, or unlawful material, and not to misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizznote is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or opportunities, or the outcome of any interaction with an investor. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation; if that fails, they will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
